For Air France Call Centre I featured a game called Book A Car. Here is a version that I have created from creative idea to final deliverables.
Book A Car is a quality-based game, where people get to move forward based on their quality scores. The game is played out over a period of 2 weeks. Every day that an agent passes 5 of their QA they get to advance one square towards the Finish.
There are 8 different cars that represent 8 agents and the number of laps is written on the top of each car. The player that gets the highest score and is closes to the Finish they win a reward.
